ConnectCR is overseen by two volunteer groups:
a Governing Board and a Steering Committee.
Members: Lee Clancey, Mike McGrath, Tom Peffer, Marcia Rogers, Steve Sovern, Derek Stepanek, and Felicia Wyrick. Julie Kraft is Director of Organization Development.
City Councilmember Dale Todd serves as an ex officio.
The board meets monthly with the City of Cedar Rapids to review project progress and discuss next steps. ConnectCR and the City work together through a public-private partnership guided by a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
